This is a pretty good idea, and especially appealing to me as a reactionary because it's incredibly useful to saviourself in the face of morbid conflict. Though, I am majorly upset at conservatives who fall for terrible donation bait schemes from black democrats who pretend to be struggling republicans. I'm sure I diverge somewhere from this, but still we should keep that in mind.
I appreciate when conservatives try to beat the racist allegations, I mean I don't think they are racist. But it gets to a point. If this was an actual post I'd be bringing up John Derbyshire's line right about now.

I also recently read Scott Alexander's I Can Tolerate Anything Except The Outgroup recently, also a worthwhile read like his essay on Moloch. There's this short passage from the beginning which I keep thinking about.
The Emperor summons before him Bodhidharma and asks: “Master, I have been tolerant of innumerable gays, lesbians, bisexuals, asexuals, blacks, Hispanics, Asians, transgender people, and Jews. How many Virtue Points have I earned for my meritorious deeds?”
Bodhidharma answers: “None at all”.
The Emperor, somewhat put out, demands to know why.
Bodhidharma asks: “Well, what do you think of gay people?”
The Emperor answers: “What do you think I am, some kind of homophobic bigot? Of course I have nothing against gay people!”
And Bodhidharma answers: “Thus do you gain no merit by tolerating them!”
Progressives think they get some esoteric good boy points simply because they tolerate minorities and homosexuals. Bodhiharma says otherwise. If I put random ass blacks, troons and jews in my cabinet, I (ME NIGGA!) would be the virtuous one simply because I don't really like them but continue to tolerate them anyway. Checkmate, libtards!
Rightist virtue signaling is certainly a future I can see happening. Sorry for another tangent here, but 'Grebbi also writes something relevant here in his essay on Wokeness.
To signal that you think everyone has equal potential, you should be nice to your outgroup out of commitment to your ideals. This sets you apart.
